INI Movement is a creative production agency and boutique label based in Haarlem. We develop, produce and present creative projects for makers who believe in craft, originality and the process behind the work.

Through OSHI, our national talent development platform in partnership with Paradiso, Patronaat, Bird and Paard, we connect artists to stages and the music industry. From the Birdhouse Studio in Haarlem, we run releases, live programmes and writing camps.
