TEAM INI

The beating heart of INI is artistic director Misha van der Winkel, who is supported by business director Leonard Busselaar. Together with Lucas van Ee (Creative Director/A&R), Job de la Porte (A&R & Producing), and Christina Hannah (Label Manager), they form the core team of INI Movement. This team boasts years of experience in production, label management, talent development programs, fundraising, education, and marketing.

Our board follows a Supervisory Board model consisting of Dirk Zandvliet (bandleader of Gallowstreet and active at Stichting ACCU), Conchitta Bottse (ADE Beats, Stichting Spraakuhloos), and Nynke Nauta (Director at Rami Yokota).
